Can't recommend highly enough for a brief pit stop
Comfortable room, accommodating staff, with a great breakfast selection with delicious fluffy biscuits, made our stay enjoyable and stress-free, especially with the excellent wi-fi for planning our local adventures.
Totally content.

This was a marvellous location adjacent to stores, and eating options. It also was in Boulder activities which I thought was nice.

I liked the free breakfast and coffee the beds were comfortable the room was clean staff was professional
the pool room was not so nice the hot tub was due for some updates tiles broken and moldy the breakfast could have used fresher fruit, we are fruit eaters the meat choice was ok but quality meats like bacon and sausage should be upgraded to better quality

The staff was very friendly and polite, which helped ease some frustrations.
Unfortunately, I faced several issues . The phone in my room was not working, and I struggled to get assistance when I needed it. To make matters worse, the sheets had visible brown stains, unacceptable for any hotel. After a long day, I was disappointed to find that the tub didn't drain properly, leaving us standing in soapy water after every shower.

Spotlessly clean place, well decorated rooms, excellent and helpful staff. Unbeatable, excellent location in the convenience area. Also - just off freeway exit, and several shops and restaurants.

We moved our daughter to college for the first time & are completely new to the area. All the hotels in Boulder were booked so we stayed here. I have to say even though it's a few miles out, we will stay here every time we visit our daughter even if there's vacancies in Boulder because we were very impressed with EVERYTHING!! I will recommend staying with you to everyone who comes out to visit Boulder!

Location. Breakfasts Friendliness of staff. Closeness to RDT bus to Denver & Boulder.
Poor lighting in room for reading. Outdoor areas need some attention (e.g., a small tree near the lobby entrance is dead and needs to be taken down & replaced).

The breakfast was enjoyable with good options each morning. The indoor pool provided a nice way to unwind after exploring nearby trails. I appreciated having free toiletries and the room's tv was a nice touch. I did face issues with the shower draining slowly was great. The staff was accommodating but at times seemed overwhelmed, especially during breakfast rush hours. The hallways felt humid . The ice maker was out of order, a bummer. While the room cleanliness was decent, I did find long hairs that were definitely not mine in the shower. While there were some positives, there were definitely areas needing attention to improve the experience.

Location
Not as clean as it should be. Window was off the track and you could not close it tight. This was noisy. For two days the key card access to the outside door was not working so it was left open with a stone between the door and the building. The building is not well maintained.

Very comfortable beds. Nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room and snacks available for sale in the lobby.
Lots of construction going on just outside the hotel made for noisy mornings.
